Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Rix Digital Ltd wants everyone to be able to use rix-digital.com. This statement sets out what we do to keep the site accessible, where we currently fall short, and how to tell us about problems.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on this site.
What's in place
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and named landmarks, so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Text alternatives on informative images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Colour contrast that meets or exceeds AA on body text and interactive controls.
- The site is fully keyboard-operable — navigation, menu, and all links and buttons.
- Animations are disabled automatically for visitors whose system setting is "reduce motion".
- Layouts reflow for small screens and high zoom levels without horizontal scrolling.
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or function.
Known limitations
- Some older guide pages (published before this design) may not fully meet the standards above; they are being brought in line over time.
- Client logos in the moving carousel are decorative; the client names are listed in the page text for assistive technology.
Feedback
If you hit a problem using this site with assistive technology — or spot anything that could be more accessible — please email Matt@Rix-Digital.com. We aim to respond within five working days and to fix genuine barriers promptly.
